"If only this child came with a manual!"
By Matis Miller, LCSW, ACT, DBT-LBC
A DBT-based master class for parents of children with emotion dysregulation disorders — including DMDD. Learn mindfulness, validation, limit-setting, and behavior-shaping skills to find balance between acceptance and change, flexibility and consistency, limits and love.

As a parent, you have the power to influence your children's lives and enable them to achieve the healthiest state possible. Childhood is the time to accept your child, build him up, protect him, defend him, and love him unconditionally — while simultaneously setting healthy limits, encouraging independence, and teaching him personal responsibility.
— Matis Miller, LCSW
